ABSTRACT

Small Organization Continuity Planning Realities Crisis management and continuity planning issues are just one of the primary differences between a larger, more geographically diverse organization and a smaller single or limited location enterprise. ree primary reasons for the differences in overall continuity planning approach include: (1) relative level of need; (2) staff time/dedicated personnel; and (3) budget/resource availability. A more detailed discussion of each of these three areas follows, with subsequent suggestions on how to address each of the three that could be applied to help alleviate their impact upon the small organization manager.
