ABSTRACT
Large-area electronics implies the design of electronic systems that are spatially large. Generally this means that conventional semiconductor processes such as crystalline silicon technology become expensive and unreliable due to mismatch in device properties across the substrate. Therefore, we use electronics based on non-crystalline semiconductors that are typically fabricated at lower temperatures and over a wide variety of substrates.
