ABSTRACT
In this chapter we study the circuit aspects of the metal oxide semiconductor based field effect transistors (MOSFETs) which were introduced in the previous chapter. We study the circuit aspects of MOSFETs based on the MOSFET operation discussed in the previous chapter.
