ABSTRACT
Most of the chapters in this book address programming language issues for user interface construction. The target users of these languages range from novice (Chapter 4) to professional programmers (Chapter 11); the programming domains of interest range from application construction (Chapter 14) to end-user custornization (Chapter 3). Throughout this broad area, though, the emphasis has been on user interface implementation.
