ABSTRACT
The following basic supplies are useful for the clinical care and experimental manipulation of mice.
1. Disposable syringes, 1 mL and 3 mL
2. Disposable hypodermic needles, particularly 23 to 26 gauge (diameter) and 5/8 in. (length). Syringes with retractable needles can be used as a means to minimize risk of needle-stick injury to personnel.
