ABSTRACT
This chapter combines techniques presented in Chapters 2, 5 and 8 to illustrate applications to denoising, segmentation, image decomposition, and intensity inhomogeneity removal, in a single variational approach with theoretical results and numerical experiments. This chapter follows the work of Le and Vese from [204].
