ABSTRACT
Change in the workplace is constant. Technology is upgraded. Hardware and software change. Employees change jobs. Companies are bought and sold, creating new internal and external structures. Job functions are merged and modified. New products are created and the processes through which they are manufactured are installed. Safety and health professionals should be prepared for change and be able to adapt and try new and innovative ideas through which to safeguard their employees and eliminate or minimize the potential risks in their workplace.
