ABSTRACT
As a result of the increasing surgical approach to endometriosis, the combination of medical treatment with laparoscopic procedures, either pre-or postoperatively, represents a growing field of application of drugs. Unfortunately, little information is available on the potential benefits of hormonal treatments in combination with conservative surgery for endometriosis (141).
