ABSTRACT
Current challenges for clinicians managing this group of patients include
● Establishing the diagnosis of a radiologically detected solid liver lesion with a satisfactory degree of certainty, a persisting problem being the differentiation of FNH from adenoma and confirming the nature of focal lesions in the cirrhotic liver.
