ABSTRACT

This chapter highlights the techniques and measures used to evaluate GEE models. We also discuss techniques for choosing between competing models and the extensions of familiar diagnostics and graphical methods to GEE. Each of the member distributions for the exponential family have implied

quasilikelihoods. In Table 4.1 and Table 4.2, we list the log-likelihood functions and the implied quasilikelihood functions since they prove to be useful for several of the diagnostics presented in this chapter.
