ABSTRACT
Efficient tariffs reduce the cost of providing environmental utility services to customers. Lower rates mean that more environmental improvement projects will be undertaken. This chapter will discuss the various types of tariffs and how they can help achieve the goal of lower-cost environmental projects and services.
