ABSTRACT
Biology entered the twenty-„rst century and marked the beginning of a tremendous quality shift, based on accumulation and integration of leading theories and practices. Mapping on the human genome, the development of such lines of researches as genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics allows precise de„ning of mechanisms in the future that are fundamental to health and longevity, illness and death, and clinical medicine. Generally speaking, development in all „elds of biological science is conditioned by progress of genetic technologies and their wide practical use.
