ABSTRACT
MATLAB is a powerful computer language that provides an environment for numerical computation as well as graphical display of outputs. This chapter contains a brief introduction to this software, primarily concentrating on plotting graphs of functions, data management and communication of results. More detailed aspects of this software will be brought up throughout the text as needed.
