ABSTRACT
In this chapter, a brief review of probability is given. We will briefly summarize the basic principles of random variables, probability density functions, cumulative density functions, expected value and variance. Several distributions will be reviewed including the uniform, the normal, the binomial, the Poisson, the chi-squared, the t, the F , the hypergeometric, and the exponential distributions.
