ABSTRACT
HgTe-Rb2Te: The phase diagram is not constructed. Rb2Hg3Te4 ternary compound is formed in this system, which crystallizes in an orthorhombic structure with lattice parameters a = 1217.7 ± 0.2, b = 724.5 ± 0.2, and c = 1454.5 ± 0.2 pm (Li et al. 1997).
