ABSTRACT
In this article the morphology, electronic structure, optical and electrical properties of the Ca3Si4 films with different thicknesses and Si/Ca3Si4/Si(111) double hetero structures grown on their base were studied depending on the thickness of deposited Ca and on method of silicon cap layer growth in DHS.
