ABSTRACT

Calcium lactate, as well as other carboxylates, belongs to the first-generation products containing no other microelements or vitamins [1]. These products excel due to their well-studied effect on the human body and low cost that makes them affordable for most people. Their disadvantage is low efficiency. Over recent decades, the drug efficiency has been improved through mechanical activation [2]. The goal of this study is to analyze the structural and chemical transformations of calcium lactate observed during mechanical activation in a vortex mill.
