ABSTRACT
Diffusion is one of the most important ways of matter transfer in metals. It affects many processes going on in solids. The speed and mechanisms of diffusion are determining factors in the origin of different physical-chemical processes in metals and alloys. Understanding the regularities of diffusion processes will allow obtaining new materials with the changed properties different from those of their initial state [1-3].
