ABSTRACT
In order to achieve the highest levels of software quality, there are several things you have to do. First, you need to have in place a system that will foster the development of quality software. This is what the CMM-I (to be discussed later) is all about. Incorporated in that quality software system is rigorous, life cycle testing.
