ABSTRACT
International science and technology cooperation selection affects every country. Basic research analyzing demands for leading regional industries and dealing with selection of high quality technology and project sources from overseas is minimal. Systematic theories and methods for determining key technology industries through international cooperation are lacking. Studying regional international cooperation project selection based on the international situation and domestic view is crucial.
