ABSTRACT
The first time I worked as a tester on a project, I met with a developer to informally review his first deliverable, part of a customer service system.
I was the testing lead and it was my idea to conduct early informal reviews, figuring a little initial interaction with other teams on the project would help improve quality. The developer was a friend of mine and we had worked on many other projects together in various roles.
