ABSTRACT
Monday morning is often a bad time for network administrators. It is not so much that the weekend is over, but that our servers have had days on their own to experience failures, glitches, sometimes altogether dying. There is a world of problems waiting to happen to our servers. In this chapter, we’ll examine three independent areas where problems may arise. These areas are the physical environment, the electrical environment, and physical security.
