ABSTRACT
There are numerous references discussing various problems of circular rings and arches [1-14]. These relate to both in-plane and out-of-plane loadings. In this chapter, we review some of these results. For simplicity, we restrict our analysis to in-plane loadings on structures with uniform crosssections having large radii of curvature compared to cross-section thicknesses.
