Background In this step, your team will be building the physical logical diagram, subsequently referred to as “the Network.” Every process has a “quality step,” a step establishing the quality of the overall process. Step 5 is the Process’s quality step; take the time to perform this step as completely as possible. The resulting Network logic (order of activities to each other) is the basis for the project’s schedule. If there are flaws in the logic, there will flaws in the schedule.
