Opening Issues There are a number of preplanning issues that should be addressed in any planning situation and are best discussed now (up front) in this book as you would discuss them up front in your project. Some of these issues will need addressing at the beginning of each project. Some issues need addressing now — as you are deciding whether to proceed with the recommendations of this book. These latter issues can be tough to answer on your part but you need to reach deep down inside yourself and honestly answer the questions implied by the issues. This honest discussion with yourself will tell you whether to adopt this process.
