ABSTRACT
Attempts are being made to prevent or minimize the expense of court cases. One means is by arbitration. The rules on arbitration vary a good deal; however, EXPERTS are often called upon to speak at arbitration hearings. The A TTORNEY must explain the rules of such hearings and how they differ from trials.
