ABSTRACT
The surfactants shown in Table 1.1 were used without further purification. Purity of all materials were as stated by the suppliers. Test solutions were prepared with deionized water (MILLI-Q reagent water system (Millipore Co., Bedford, MA)). Deionized water was the vehicle control. Chemical structures of surfactants and spin label used in this study are described in Figure 1.1.
