ABSTRACT
In the absence of regional and local knowledge of wetland ecosystems and receptors, it has become desirable for interested parties to assess these resources. A very good way to educate parties as to the presence of wetlands is to quantify the variety of wetlands and produce mapping products. These sorts of activities facilitate the making of decisions related to the thoughtful management of the landscape, and avoidance of or disturbance of wetlands.
