ABSTRACT
This chapter could be subtitled “dealing with change.” Although change management may not, on the surface, appear to be part of packaged software implementation, it is actually a critical component. One of the differences between simply installing packaged software and implementing it is that a true implementation recognizes that change will occur and addresses the issues associated with those changes.
