ABSTRACT
There is no doubt about it. Installing packaged software in a multisite environment is more complex than implementing it at a single site, and the complexity increases when multiple countries are involved. Some of the issues associated with multisite implementations were discussed in Chapter 10 as part of the big bang versus phased decision-making process; however, there are others that the project team needs to consider.
