ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will discuss integrity with respect to semantic Web technologies. For example, how do we ensure the integrity of the data and the processes? How do we ensure that data quality is maintained? Some aspects of integrity are already being investigated by researchers, and some other aspects are yet to be investigated. The organization of this chapter is as follows. In Section 12.2 we

discuss aspects of integrity. Semantic Web technologies for integrity management are discussed in Section 12.3. Integrity for the semantic Web is discussed in Section 12.4. Closely related to integrity is data provenance, and this is discussed in Section 12.5. The chapter is concluded in Section 12.6.
