ABSTRACT
It is now time to deliver the recommendations presentation, which highlights the changes that are necessary for the organization, to middle and executive management. When making this presentation it is vital that you are well versed in all of the facts that lead to the final recommendations. You do not have to commit all of them to memory, but you must be able to quickly access your reference material to resolve any questions that may come up. You must spend as much time as needed to make sure you are well prepared and confident of your material. A common error made by some of us in the security profession is that we think everyone understands all of the basics of the business. This just is not true, so you have to scrutinize the presentation to determine if it is clear to the nonsecurity people in the audience.
