ABSTRACT
Evaluation and Validation The patterns in this chapter are applicable to the Evaluation phase of the research (see Figure 2.5 in Chapter 2). One has developed a solution that one thinks is correct and one has a hypothesized a number of claims about one’s solution. Now one would like to evaluate and validate that solution and the claims about the solution that will be acceptable to the research community.
