ABSTRACT
After an on-site inspection, the evaluation team should prepare a narrative report and action memorandum.
This report should contain all information pertinent to the evaluation and also recommend the certification status for all analyses evaluated. The report should then be forwarded for evaluation to the Certification Program Manager for review. After reviewing and, if necessary, revising the report, it should be forwarded to the Certification Authority for signature.
