ABSTRACT
Inthischapter,polymermeltfractureisdescribedasitisobservedinsomeofthe most common polymer-processing techniques. Thermoforming, biaxial stretching, foaming,lamination,andcompressionmoldingarenotconsidered.Thesesecondary processingtechniquesareeitherusedincombinationwiththecommonpolymerprocessing techniques or do not present melt fracture-related problems.
