ABSTRACT
The Discrete Logarithm problem is the underlying One-Way func-
tion for almost all public-key cryptosystems other than RSA, in-
cluding the Diffie-Hellman Key Agreement Protocol , Elliptic Curve
cryptosystems, ElGamal encryption, and ElGamal Digital Signa-
tures .
