ABSTRACT
The widespread application of endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) has been affected by
limitations to the technology. The percentage of aneurysms considered suitable for endovascular
repair has been increasing over the past decade, with improvements in graft design. However,
long term durability, endoleaks and graft related complications still limit the efficacy of EVAR.
