ABSTRACT

Introduction This chapter describes the second of the three METM case studies discussed in this book. This case study is based on a small business in the travel and tourism industry. The chapter first describes the problem statement for the enterprise, followed by the enactment of METM to transition it to a mobile enterprise. This enactment contains creation of the MET project plan derived from the four dimensions of MET, acting out of the plan, review, and feedback.
