ABSTRACT
A review (67 references) on the theoretical and experimental investigation of the properties of aqueous mixtures containing at least one ethoxylated surfactant with short hydrophobic tail is presented. For short hydrophobic tail, hydrocarbon chains with less than 12 carbon atoms are intended.
