Consolidation of the new know-how

On the basis of past experience, it is highly recommended that all the time and resources necessary for the consolidation of the new know-how be invested during the first year after the start-up. This consolidation can be done effectively under the project manager, as his or her last task before being transferred from this function, before the members of the project team are dispersed and their attention become occupied elsewhere. This consolidation can be done in parallel by the different functional groups and then reviewed by all concerned.
