This chapter discusses supramolecular assembly of polymers for drug targeting with a focus on polymeric micelles. It will explain why polymeric micelle supramolecular design is suitable for drug targeting and discuss the advantages of polymeric micelle systems over conventional polymeric drug targeting systems.
