ABSTRACT
Based on the demands from users for a better fit, four sizes of prototype chairs were made. Up to that point, manufacturers had been used to manufacturing one size, but for the exhibition at the IFFT2000 four sizes were developed. The mass media paid some attention to this topic. Just before the IFFT, a national newspaper reported the study on the size of dining chairs conducted by Noro Lab and JAFICA.
