ABSTRACT
The ergonomics process for a small business differs from that of a large corporation. The main components
of the ergonomics process are similar but the characteristics and limitations related to the size of a business
or industry need to be taken into account. Each of the primary elements of the ergonomics process is dis-
cussed in this chapter in terms of the associated difficulties and benefits related to industry size.
