ABSTRACT
As outlined in the previous chapters, a benefit/risk analysis of novel antipsychotics such as amisulpride, clozapine, olanzapine, quetiapine, risperidone, ziprasidone and zotepine, emphasizes that these compounds have many advantages over traditional neuroleptics.
