ABSTRACT
There is a need for technology that allows controlled inhalation exposure of animals to highly pathogenic and highly toxic chemical agents. Thus, this chapter seeks to describe how directed-fl ow, nose-only inhalation exposure systems can be operated. The reader is also directed to works that may provide additional guidance (Salem, 1994).
