ABSTRACT
Radio-over-fiber (ROF) is one of the most practical and largest scale appli-
cations of microwave photonics to date. Current applications range from the
back-haul of radar signals from remote antennas to radio frequency (RF)
signal transport in third generation digital wireless systems.
