Look at the news as organizations struggle to meet new demands on their
performance, how to be more efficient under resource pressures, or how to
recognize and exploit opportunities created as the technology baseline advances.
Back and forth the comments cycle: Are people the solution or are people the
problem to be solved? Is human performance the key to achieving goals or is
human performance the limit to be overcome?
