ABSTRACT
In this case, the template provides TextBox controls for entry of the contact name and telephone. Also provided are a TextBox control for entry of the location of the image file containing the contact’s picture and a CheckBox control for checking emergency contacts. A DropDownList control is provided to enable selection of the contact’s relationship to the student from a predefined list — for example, Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Aunt, Uncle, Grandparent and Not Known. Finally, the controls are captioned with HTML.
