What kinds of technologies will be discussed, developed, or matured or become a concern 5, 10, and 20 years from now?
For one, the technologies powering the new information and communication revolution will be ones pioneering low-power CMOS, single outline ICs (SOI), and Si-Ge-based chips as well as advances in making integrated microelectronic circuits even smaller, cheaper, and more efficient.
