ABSTRACT
North American tastes have become culturally diverse. Consumers, whether traditional or adventurous, are looking for something new and flavorful. Some consumers want familiar foods but with new twists. Other consumers are not afraid to try something totally different, so unique ingredients and bolder flavors appeal to them. Both types of consumers want more flavor, good visual appeal, and distinct textures. They have little time to prepare meals and want products that are convenient. Spice blends and seasoning blends can help create the foods that these consumers desire.
